Every year Google has changed several times Search Algorithm. Google occasionally rolls out a major algorithmic update such as Google Panda and Google Penguin update which affects Google Search result.
Below are list of Google Algorithm Change in 2014.
1. Pirate 2.0 - 21st October 2014
After DMCA update Google launched Pirate update to minimize the digital media piracy.
2. Penguin 3.0 - 17th October 2014
After Penguin 2.1 update, Google launched another Penguin update. After this update less than 1% English queries affected.
3. In the News Box - 1st October 2014
4. Panda 4.1 (#27) - 23rd September 2014
This update affects 3-5% of queries.
5. Authorship Removed - 28th August 2014
6. HTTPS/SSL Update - 6th August 2014
7. Pigeon Update - 24th July 2014
8. Authorship Photo Drop - 28th June 2014
9. Payday Loan 3.0 - 12th June 2014
10. Panda 4.0 (#26) - 19th May 2014
11. Payday Loan 2.0 - 16th May 2014
12. Page Layout Update#3 - 6th February 2014
